]]> Algiers, featuring John Goodwin (from The Maple State) and William Anderson (of Dartz! fame), are the latest band to sign to the Big Scary Monsters label. They have the math rock sort of sound familiar to the British BSM artists (think Tellison etc.) but I hope that, armed with the experience with their previous bands, these two can take Algiers on to great things.

I don’t know a whole lot more about them apart from the fact that they have an EP coming out, Four Priests, and you can hear the songs on their Soundcloud page. Also BSM are giving away a 6 track smapler featuring the title track of the EP along with a new Kevin Devine song amongst others. Download it here.
