Trapped in the (familiar) post-college void, without a job or money to pay rent, Mattox found solace in the music of Trouble Books. Scraping together $300 he travelled to Akron in an attempt to find out more about the people who were unknowingly helping him. The resulting documentary charts the history of Lejsovka and Freund, from their meeting at a house party to their eventual musical (and romantic) partnership. We hear about their philosophies, their dislike of live shows, their preference for records over MP3 and the names of their cats.
