Hi Gabrielle, 
I&#039;m glad you agree with my thoughts. You did a pretty great job describing it too! I think what you say about revelling in uncertainty is very much a characteristic of fulfilling contemporary music, maybe because we are all growing up to realise that the promises of the 90s haven&#039;t quite come to fruition? Either way, I think we are in good hands with people like Mitski hopefully leading us towards a more diverse and genuine indie movement.

An emo album that doesnt strive for pity but revels in the uncertainty of one&#039;s future and instinctual feelings. Saw her live a few weeks ago and her performance brought just as much fulfillment. This is great review capturing a few of the nuances of such a raw compilation of tracks.
