Husky are an Australian four-piece who make luscious indie folk that’s somewhere between Chad VanGaalen, Sufjan Stevens and that folk rock genre that is currently growing exponentially. Their album Forever So, released on SubPop this year, is a warm acoustic album on the decidely morose theme of breakup, making it a strange sort of record in that you can have two completely different experiences of it depending on your degree of attention.
The album can be stream over at Paste Magazine and bought from SubPop or directly from the band. Also be sure to check out the fantastic session/interview they did with Room 125 Productions.
