Kjarten Bue is a half Danish, half Norwegian songwriter from Jelling, Denmark. After travelling around and playing music for a few years, he went back to his father’s farm (named Moon Mountain, fantastic right?) and recorded a mini-album, Man Riding Backwards.
Only the title track is available to listen to right now (see below) but it gives a good impression of where the album is heading. Apparently created looking East across Danish scenery in view on Icelandic horses, the sound is understandably rural and rustic, with a bluegrass-y twang and lyrics about snow and sand.

He plans to release Man Riding Backwards in November on Kiowas Daydream.
