Information on Essáy, of Heidelberg, Germany is rather thin on the ground. He releases through Warminal, a small netlabel that I believe he also runs. That’s about all I’ve managed to learn about him.
Above is his (or her) version of Borrowing the Past by Rhian Sheehan, renamed Morning Mountain. Described by the artist as emotional electronica, it’s lovely.
