The Fire is the brand new single from Nathan Amundson’s Rivulets, his first release since the great We’re Fucked in 2011. Amundson has promised a new album in 2014, although ‘The Fire’ is a standalone single and so won’t be making an appearance.
The single displays the distinctive Rivulets blend of more conventional folk/singer-songwriter sounds with the slowcore of bands like Low. It really is very beautiful, I for one can’t wait for the album.
