Ever walked into a South American supermarket to hear the cheap speakers playing a cover of The Antlers early work dubbed in Spanish? Nor me. However I think it could sound a lot like this.
I don’t know an awful lot about this band. I know that Protistas are from Chile, they have been hyped up by a few people and and that they will be going to Texas to play SXSW this year.
Their album, Nortinas War, is available for free here. Get it and see if you can hear the In The Attic Of The Universe like I do. Either that or I’m going crazy. Let me know either way.
